Clockless is a short showcase of the importance of foley sound in cinema by including a simple plot of a student taking a stressful stress so the audience can focus on the sounds coming from the film's atmosphere. The title clockless came from the editing process as despite the clock featuring in the film it made no sound until foley was added. Produced and Foley Sound by Coffin Cinema Featuring Hattie Davison and Oliver Vann Made on 20/9/24

This is our latest short film telling a story of a young girl being tempted into a dark eerie castle where she falls into the hands of something sinister. It was heavily inspired by 1930s black and white cinema alongside the vampire genre as a whole. Furthermore it experiments with the concept of faceless cinema and no dialogue. Directed and Produced by Coffin Cinema Staring as "Akira" - Jesse Licyayo-Hayes Lighting & Camera Operator - Hattie Davidson Lighting Operator - Oliver Vann Many thanks to York College School of Art and Forbidden Corner for allowing us to produce this film on their premises. An original film made in concept and production by Coffin Cinema
